- Plan and execute events from concept to completion, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and attendees.
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, and stakeholders to secure necessary resources and support.
- Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
- Develop promotional materials and strategies to enhance event visibility and attendance.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and improve future events.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in event planning or coordination.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with a passion for creating memorable experiences.
- Working Conditions: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
