Unify and Amplify the Culture Message:
- Craft and execute a compelling, ‘always-on’ communications strategy that connects the ERGs, GP2W teams, and talent + culture-building programs into a single, authentic narrative aligned with the company’s brand, mission and EVP.
- On a daily basis, monitor culture channels, directly inject support and help culture leaders with engaging and productive comms in alignment with the Code of Conduct, Values and Corporate Comms policies, connecting dots to People team members proactively where further resources or information would be beneficial to these communities.
Elevate Diverse Voices:
- Partner with ERGs, GP2W, and other teams to ensure the company’s diverse and talented voices are represented and celebrated across all internal and external channels and recruitment branding.
Boost External Recognition:
- Lead the charge on external culture rankings and submissions for platforms like Great Place to Work, Fortune, Glassdoor, and others, crafting submission content that elevates the company’s standing as a culture leader in the global Edtech space.
Amplify People Leadership Team:
- Collaborate with Corporate Comms and PR to raise the external visibility of the People team leaders through thought leadership, speaking engagements, media opportunities, and awards - in the areas of Talent & Culture, Total Rewards, Shared Services and People Strategy & Operations.
Measure & Optimize:
- Create and implement measurement frameworks to evaluate the effectiveness of the talent and culture communications—leveraging data from employee engagement surveys, sentiment analysis, event participation, and ranking results.
Master Modern Tools:
- Utilize platforms like Slack, Asana, Google Suite, Culture Amp, Happeo, and AI-powered communication tools to optimize processes and streamline collaboration across teams.
Requisito
Must Haves
- Communications Architect: With 5+ years of experience in internal comms, brand-building, HR, or marketing, you know how to create cohesive messaging that reflects a company’s culture and values.
- People-First Storyteller: You’re passionate about amplifying employee voices, especially through the lens of diversity, equity, and inclusion, and have worked closely with ERGs or similar groups to foster belonging.
- Culture Strategist: You’ve helped take companies from under the radar to standout culture leaders, and you have experience with external submissions that land companies on “best of” lists (Great Place to Work, Glassdoor, etc.).
- Data-Driven Communicator: You use data to inform and measure the success of communications strategies, ensuring your approach continuously evolves and improves.
- Tech-Savvy Collaborator: You’re proficient in communication and collaboration tools like Google Suite, Slack, Asana, and Culture Amp, and you're savvy in your use of AI-driven tools and actively use them to enhance communication impact.
