We're a fast-growing BPO company looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Founder during U.S./ international business hours. This night shift role is ideal for a detail-oriented communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Manage the Founder's calendar, meetings, and travel
• Draft and handle executive communications
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients
• Track tasks and ensure timely follow-ups
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times
• 2-4 years of EA experience, preferably in BPO or tech
• Excellent English and communication skills
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable with night shifts and remote tools (Zoom, Google Workspace, etc.)
