- Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems and layouts
- Supervise CEO office staff and ensure task completion and performance
- Liaise with vendors and service providers
- Proficient in Mandarin and English language
- Organize office maintenance and ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Plan and support internal events, and communications particularly with the management team
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO’s office and other internal departments, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
- Support the CEO in employee engagement efforts, and company-wide initiatives.
- Help plan and execute executive offsites, leadership workshops, and key corporate events.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
