Job Overview:

Export Staff is responsible for managing export documentation, coordinating with logistics providers, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods to international clients. This role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any four-year course (e.g., Customs Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or any related field).
• With at least 1 year of experience in export or logistics operations (Fresh graduates may also be considered).
• Familiarity with export documentation, customs clearance, and international shipping procedures is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Can work under pressure and with minimal supervision.

Job Description:

• Prepare and process export documentation in compliance with international regulations.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of all export transactions.
• Ensure that all export processes comply with company policies and government regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries related to shipments and documentation.
• Assist in resolving issues related to delays, documentation errors, or compliance concerns.
• Support the logistics and warehouse teams in export-related activities.
