The Opportunity:

The Technical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all operational control and management of the workforce within the operations team. They are tasked with ensuring the department has organized maintenance plans and repairs for the establishment. This includes conducting inspections on areas requiring maintenance and overseeing the completion of work orders. Furthermore, strong leadership and teamwork skills are essential for this role, as there is a need to take initiative and be accountable for the tasks assigned to them and the team they lead.

Key responsibilities:

• Preparation and reviewing of maintenance plans and repair schedules
• Preparation of reports regarding operations activities
• Maintenance and management of facilities, including coordination with housekeeping personnel
• Supervision of 1-2 SGV Staff and close coordination with the service providers
• Coordination with Branch admin personnel for alignment activities

To qualify, candidates must have:

• Professional Engineer Certification – Electrical or Mechanical
• Minimum 2 years' work experience in facilities management preferably in a corporate set-up
• Basic knowledge and experience in project management
• Knowledgeable with AutoCad and Sketch Up software
• Preferably with BOSH or COSH certificate
