Descrição:

  • Oversee the maintenance and operations of facilities
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
  • Manage vendor relationships and service contracts
  • Develop and implement facility management policies
  • Assist in budgeting and cost control for facility expenses
  • Coordinate space management and office layouts
  • Lead a team of maintenance and support staff

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in facilities management or a similar role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; familiarity with building systems and maintenance.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional site visits; may require flexibility in hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
