- Graduate of Engineering course related to Maintenance Engineering preferably Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, ECE or Mechatronics.
- With at least 3-4 years of experience mainly in preventing maintenance, facility management, and operation control
- Know basic requirements of EHS, OHS, environment, and safety (OHS, rish assessment)
Responsibilities
- Supervise the facility technician and indicate them to operate and monitor facility equipment,
- Interpret information provided by BMS for facility performance monitoring,
- Manage a service and repair team to coordinate ad-hoc works and assist in overseeing proper maintenance and repair works.
- Get quotation from contractor in case outsource maintenance or other works.
