• Conduct assessment of equipment and building facilities that will undergo repair & maintenance

• Monitors and provide reports on external & internal activities and maintenance.

• Recommends/Suggests improvements and cost-cutting programs towards efficiency optimization.

• Ensure and assists in processing of permits and other compliance requirements. 

• Monitors Civil works and other statutory and legal compliance.

Education:     Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

Experience:     Preferably with at least 1 year experience in Maintenance functions and With Auto Cad knowledge 

Age Range:     Early 20’s – Early 30’s
