Descrição:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Admin and Finance Assistant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will assist in various administrative and financial tasks, including inventory management, preparation of checks, purchase requisitions (PR), purchase orders (PO), purchasing, and preparation of reports. This role is ideal for a new graduate looking to kickstart their career in a supportive and growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Track and manage inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
  • Preparation of Checks: Assist in the preparation and processing of checks for various transactions.
  • Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO): Prepare and process PRs and POs in accordance with company procedures.
  • Purchasing: Assist in sourcing and purchasing supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Report Preparation: Prepare and maintain various financial and administrative reports.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.
  • Support: Provide support to the finance and admin teams as required.


Requisito

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
