Descrição:

  • Responsible for preparing and filing of the assigned companies' monthly, quarterly, annual reportorial tax requirements and treasury's day to day transactions. Assist in the preparation of documents for BIR compliance.
  • Will create and send the SOA on a weekly basis; Call and email follow up on different clients; will monitor the 2307 clearing; will clean-up the assigned account ensuring that each payment are immediately posted; etc. Checking & verifying supplier invoice.
  • Entering invoices into acct payable system.
