Descrição:

  • Assist with financial or billing operations, such as invoice processing.
  • Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
  • Perform data entry, update records, and maintain accurate filing systems.
  • Support inventory control, supply orders, and tracking of operational assets
  • Generate routine reports and support data gathering for performance tracking
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow
  • Maintain and update operational documentation and standard procedures
  • Provide support during audits or compliance checks by preparing necessary documents

Requisito

  • good at excel，wps and so on，has experience for making data
  • Good with communicate，follow the company arrangment
  • Preferred has experience of logistics (but not required) and billing handling experience.
