We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Staff Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing complex accounting functions, including general ledger preparation, financial reporting, year-end audit preparation, and supporting budget and forecasting activities. This position offers a hybrid work setup and requires a night shift schedule following successful training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable standards and company policies.
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Analyze and interpret monthly and quarterly financial results, identifying trends and variances.
• Handle large data sets and perform data manipulation for financial reporting and analysis.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other reporting deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support month-end and year-end closing activities.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or a related field (Required)
• CPA license is preferred, but non-CPAs with strong experience may be considered
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of core accounting principles, including journal entries, debits, and credits
• Proven experience with account reconciliations and month/quarter-end close analysis
• Proficient in handling large volumes of financial data and working with spreadsheets (Excel)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working in a shared services or BPO environment is a plus
• Willingness to work a night shift schedule in a hybrid setup after training
