We are seeking a Finance and Accounting Division Head to lead our Finance Department, ensuring our company’s continued financial growth and stability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process and manage company budgets, funds, and investments.
• Implement effective financial controls, policies, and systems.
• Assist management in securing funding and investments.
• Prepare accurate financial reports, forecasts, and analyses for decision-making.
• Supervise and guide Finance Department team members.
• Coordinate with banks, external auditors, and investors for required reports and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with laws, procedures, and company values.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar leadership role.
• Willing to work in Cebu City.
• Progressive, ambitious, and adaptable to a high-growth, tech-driven environment.
• Experience in farm or livestock raising is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and mathematical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive work attitude.
• Proven expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and cash flow management.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (knowledge of accounting software is an advantage).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
