  • A Financial Advisor helps individuals and businesses manage their finances, plan for the future, and protect their assets through insurance solutions. They assess clients’ financial situations, provide investment and retirement planning advice, and recommend suitable insurance policies to mitigate financial risks.
  •  Financial Planning & Advisory
  •  Analyze clients’ financial goals, income, expenses, and risk tolerance.
  •  Develop and recommend customized financial plans, including investments, retirement, tax strategies, and estate planning.
  •  Educate clients on wealth management and savings strategies.
  •  Insurance Sales & Consultation
  •  Assess clients’ insurance needs and recommend suitable policies.
  •  Explain policy details, benefits, and coverage options to clients.
  •  Process applications and assist clients with claims and policy modifications.
  •  Client Relationship Management
  •  Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular check-ins.
  •  Conduct financial reviews and adjust plans as clients’ needs evolve.
  •  Provide continuous education on financial trends and market changes.
  •  Sales & Business Development
  •  Generate leads and grow client portfolios through networking and referrals.
  •  Organize financial workshops, seminars, and webinars to attract potential clients.
  •  Collaborate with other financial professionals, such as accountants and estate planners.
  •   Hire and recruit potential advisors, possible build sales team and guide them to be the next agency leader as well. 

Requisito

  •  Bachelor’s degree (in any field).
  •  Potential in sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  •  Basic knowledge of financial markets, investment strategies, and insurance policies.
  •  Can work independently, in financial firms, or with insurance agencies.
  •  May require travel to meet clients.
  •   Can be commission-based, allowance-based, or a combination of both.
