Oversees and supervises the whole sports and recreational facilities of the club. Facilitates programs and create events for club members.
- Creates good variety of tournaments and sports related activities for the club
- Investigates and recommends merits or demerits for the sports and recreation staff
- Assists in member-related concerns especially in the sports and recreation department
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Good customer orientation
- Possess a high level of people management skill and able to understand company culture
SOFTWARE/PROGRAMMING SKILLS
- Manage to operate Microsoft Office application (MS Excel/MS Word)
EDUCATION:
- Graduate of any four (4) year Business course
WORK EXPERIENCE
- With at least two (2) years supervisory experience in the same industry
- Have a proficient leadership and organizational skills.
