- Oversee daily operations of food and beverage services
- Manage staff, schedule shifts, and train employees
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement menu offerings
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
- Enhance customer experience through service improvements
- Analyze financial performance and report results
- Oversee daily operations, manage staff, control costs, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Requisito
- Job Title: Food and Beverages Manager
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in food and beverage management or restaurant settings.
- Skills and Competencies: Operations Management, Inventory Management, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, often requiring evening and weekend shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, teamwork-oriented, excellent interpersonal and documentation skills.
