Descrição:

  • Greeting and seating guests politely.
  • Presenting menus, taking food & beverage orders, and serving meals.
  • Assisting with buffet service or banquets if required.
  • Handling guest inquiries and complaints courteously.
  • Maintaining hygiene and food safety standards.
  • Coordinating with kitchen staff and other team members.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred, not always required).
  • Hospitality or food service training is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in restaurants, catering, or hospitality is preferred but many entry-level dining staff jobs offer on-the-job training.
