Educational Attainment Requirement :

• High School Diploma or Technical-Vocational Certificate (TESDA NC II or equivalent), Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (optional but an advantage)

Professional Background :

• At least 3–5 years of experience in construction, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role

Responsibilities:

• Supervision & Leadership – Lead and coordinate workers/subcontractors, assign tasks, and enforce safety protocols.
• Worksite Management – Ensure compliance with plans/schedules, monitor resources, and maintain site cleanliness.
• Quality Control – Inspect work, identify issues, and recommend corrective actions.
• Communication – Act as liaison with managers, engineers, and workers; report progress and incidents.
• Performance Management – Support performance tracking and corporate programs (PAMS & OGSM).
• Health & Safety – Enforce safety policies, conduct briefings, and ensure PPE compliance.
• Employee Well-being – Promote health and wellness initiatives for workers.
• Other Duties – Perform tasks as assigned by immediate superior.
