- Supervise on-site operations and manage a team of workers.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
- Coordinate daily activities, deadlines, and workflow.
- Provide technical guidance and training to team members.
- Communicate with project managers and stakeholders regarding progress.
- Maintain equipment and materials inventory.
- Educational Qualifications: At least High/Senior High School graduate. Technical-know-how on Mechanical Works is a must.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong project management capabilities; excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Working Conditions: On-site work; physically demanding tasks.
- Qualities and Traits: , Proactive, detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Location: Office is located in Las Pinas City; Projects are in Laguna, Batangas, Cavite, NCR and Baguio
