Coordinate with suppliers, forwarders, carriers, and project teams to ensure timely delivery.

l 准备并审核货运单据（如商业发票、装箱单）

Prepare and review shipping documents (e.g., commercial Invoice, packing List).

l 监控货物运输状态，及时解决交付问题。

Monitor shipment status and resolve any delivery issues promptly.

l 在物流管理系统中维护准确的记录

Maintain accurate records in logistics management systems.

l 协助处理其他商务事宜（合同、付款、发票等）

Assist on other commercial issues (contracts, payments, invoices, etc.)

l 具备进口物流及跨境运营方面的实际经验。

Proven experience in import logistics and cross-border operations.

l 熟练掌握微软办公软件套件（Excel、Word、PowerPoint）

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

l 熟悉菲律宾当地项目合同及相关合规规定

Familiarity with local project contracts and regulatory compliance.

l 供应链、商务或相关专业大专及以上学历

College graduated or above in Supply Chain,Business or related field

l 必须精通中英文（书面及口语)

Proficiency in Chinese & English (written and spoken) is essential.

l 1-2 年物流 / 供应链相关工作经验

1-2 years of logistics/supply chain experience.

l 具备较强的沟通能力和对细节的关注度

Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

l 能够同时处理多项任务，并在紧迫的截止日期前完成工作。

Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.

l 英语为必备条件，双语（中英）流利者优先.

English is mandatory,bilingual / Chinese is preferred.
