  • Welcome and greet visitors with professionalism.
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments.
  • Assist with inquiries and provide information about services.
  • Ensure security by monitoring guest access and issuing visitor badges.


Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in customer service or front desk roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in services and customer relationship management, with excellent communication skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Greeting visitors, managing phone calls, and assisting with inquiries.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced office environment with regular interaction with clients and staff.
  • Qualities and Traits: Friendly, organized, and detail-oriented individual with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
