Descrição:
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
- Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials.
- Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area.
- Assist in addressing guest inquiries and special requests.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure excellent service delivery.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong hospitality skills, customer-oriented mindset, and excellent communication abilities are essential.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, often requiring standing for long periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, proactive, and able to work well under pressure.
