Descrição:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies to customers.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently, escalating when necessary.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services to assist customers effectively.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Recommend improvements to existing processes to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals in areas such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and customer service best practices.

Requisito

  • College graduate; additional education, background of at least 6 months or certification in customer service is a plus.
  • Proven customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and difficult customers with professionalism.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, or holidays as needed.
  • Empathy and a genuine desire to assist and satisfy customers.
  • Pleasing, outgoing and bubbly personality.
