  • Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly demeanor.
  • Manage phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
  • Organize and maintain the reception area.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • Maintain accurate records and files.

Requisito

  • WILLING TO RELOCATE
  • ASSIGNMENT AREA: PARAÑAQUE CITY
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in front desk or customer service roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage guest check-ins/outs, answer inquiries, and maintain front desk operations.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, may require shift work, including evenings and weekends.
  • Qualities and Traits: Friendly, professional demeanor, strong problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
