- Onelife Studio receptionist’s duties and responsibilities are to ensure the front desk welcomes guests positively, and executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards.
- They should offering administrative support needed in the studio in regular basis and coordinate front-desk activities, including receiving phone calls, endorsing schedules, entertaining walk-in inquiries, and more.
- Graduate of Hospitality or any tourism courses (Fresh graduates are encourage to apply)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service attitude
- Interested in a long-term career within the Philippines
