  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly manner.
  • Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and maintain calendars.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and email management.
  • Ensure a clean and organized reception area.
  • Assist with inquiries and provide excellent customer service.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: No specific degree required; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, customer service skills, and proficiency in basic computer applications.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, with occasional extended hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Friendly, organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
