We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with an exceptionally broad technical skill set to join our team. This role requires someone who can seamlessly move between building scalable applications, orchestrating AI-powered workflows, and ensuring platforms are optimised for search and B2B performance.

The right candidate will be equally confident developing with modern frameworks, automating with advanced AI tools, and integrating enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, maintain, and scale applications on a Docker-based platform with complete deployment ownership.
• Develop high-performance, SEO-optimised Next.js applications tailored for B2B use cases.
• Design and deliver AI-driven automation workflows using OpenAI APIs, Pinecone, and n8n, including advanced multi-agent orchestration.
• Integrate solutions with Office365 applications (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint) to enable seamless enterprise workflows.
• Manage and optimise Postgres and MongoDB databases to support complex B2B applications.
• Implement SEO best practices across builds, covering metadata, schema, site performance, and indexing strategies.
• Translate B2B requirements into automated solutions that reduce manual effort and improve process efficiency.
• Contribute to technical documentation, architecture decisions, and long-term platform strategies.

Desired Skills:

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of programmatic SEO approaches for B2B websites.
• Exposure to logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain technology.
• 2 years and up experience
• N8N experience would be a massive plus

Non-negotiable skills & requirements:

• Confidently running and building systems on Docker.
• Developing and deploying production-grade Next.js applications.
• Creating advanced AI automation workflows with OpenAI APIs, Pinecone, and n8n.
• Building and orchestrating multi-agent AI systems.
• Integrating web applications with Office365 apps for enterprise-ready workflows.
• Designing, managing, and optimising both Postgres and MongoDB databases.
• Applying SEO fundamentals to ensure technical builds meet discoverability and performance standards.
• Delivering robust solutions in B2B environments with a focus on scalability and compliance.
