We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who will take a technical leadership role in our growing team. You’ll guide and mentor developers while remaining hands-on in designing, building, and maintaining robust web applications. This role requires a strong balance of leadership, architecture planning, and coding expertise.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions that support our gaming and digital platform initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of both front-end and back-end systems using modern technologies.
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and high coding standards.
• Act as a hands-on contributor, writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code using PHP (Laravel), Vue.js, and NestJS.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to deliver responsive, user-friendly interfaces and ensure seamless integration with backend services.
• Architect and develop RESTful APIs and microservices that support scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Review code submissions, conduct technical evaluations, and ensure code quality and consistency across the team.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance, speed, and scalability across multiple devices and browsers.
• Participate in technical planning and decision-making, contributing to system architecture, deployment strategies, and tool selection.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and introduce improvements that enhance team productivity and software performance.
• Collaborate closely with management to align technical goals with business objectives and ensure timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, with proven experience in leading or mentoring development teams.
• Background or experience in the gaming industry is highly preferred.
• Hands-on expertise in PHP (Laravel) for backend development.
• Strong frontend development experience with Vue.js, and the ability to build dynamic, interactive, and responsive UIs.
• Experience developing scalable and efficient APIs using NestJS and TypeScript.
• Experience with Kafka for message-driven architectures is a plus.
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks (Vue.js, React, or Angular).
• Strong backend experience with Node.js, PHP, or similar server-side languages.
• Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD workflows, and Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization tools (Docker).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to lead by example, manage multiple priorities, and deliver under deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
