• Create, update and maintain project trackers specific to product delivery (e.g., Work Breakdown Structure [WBS]) to ensure project timelines are on track
• Manage the overall product delivery project timeline, ensuring all workstreams related to product delivery progress according to plan and deliverables of the product delivery teams (e.g. GXI squad, partner squad, etc.)
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to monitor project progress and proactively identify and address blockers specific to product delivery (e.g. Squad, Security Teams, etc.)
• Collaborate with the operations team to resolve pending items required for operationalization.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including risk logs, action items, and decision records, such as co-creating the Business

Qualifications:

• Educational Background – College graduate with strong leadership potential
• Years of Work Experience – at least 3 years of work experience as  Product Owner/Product Management or related roles; experience in building a product from 0 to 1 is a plus
• Strong knowledge or demonstrated interest in Web 3, blockchain, cryptocurrency, and crypto exchanges
• Work Background / Experience - Web 3, Blockchain, Crypto exchanges, Fintech, Bank, Financial Institution, or similar industries
• Level of Knowledge
• Good project management
• Good presentation skills
• Skills and Functional CompetenciesEntrepreneurial with excellent problem-solving skills
• Analytical and Proficient in project management tools and frameworks (e.g. JIRA, Excel, WBS, etc.)
• Familiarity with Agile Method and Scrum framework
• Knowledge in User Experience Design
• Proven ability to manage product life cycles, prioritize tasks, and coordinate across departments to meet project goals.
