Descrição:

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
Reconcile accounts and manage month-end close processes.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
Provide support during audits and financial reviews.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes.

Requisito

Work experience as an Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk
Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
Familiarity with finance regulations and financial management
Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors.
Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software (esp. QuickBooks)
Organization skills
Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance, or other relevant field
Knowledgeable in processing government-mandated benefits and other related documentation.
