WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Process payroll on time and with accuracy
- Record and report company sales and expenses
- Manage payables, billing, and client invoices
- Coordinate government benefits, permits, and other compliance needs
- Work with suppliers and oversee office maintenance
- Answer and route phone calls
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting or related field
- At least 2 years of admin and/or accounting experience
- Knowledge of government benefits and compliance is a plus
- Good written and spoken English
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
