Descrição:
- Supervise accounting staff handling AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and relevant financial regulations.
- Coordinate with Finance Manager on budget planning and variance analysis.
- Conduct internal audits and support external audit processes.
- Manage payroll remittances, benefit contributions, and reconciliations.
- Oversee accounting software systems and ensure data integrity.
Requisito
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, with 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting systems
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Willing to work full onsite in Banawe, Quezon City.
