Requirements:

• Holder of a bachelor's degree
• At least 4 years of general accounting or RTR experience
• It is advantageous to have prior experience working for a BPO, shared services, or IT company.
• Suitable for a work schedule involving night shifts.
• Capable of working on-site

Responsibilities:

• Make sure that inventory, costs, fixed assets, and project expenses are processed, tracked, and reported correctly.
• Assist with regulatory reporting, audits, and tax accounting.
• Handle and plan monthly closing and consolidation tasks.
• Create management and financial reports for interested parties.
• Create and put into action plans to achieve team and corporate goals.
