Descrição:
- Manage credit applications and assess the creditworthiness of clients.
- Oversee collection processes and ensure timely payments.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Prepare reports on accounts receivable and collection activities.
- Collaborate with the finance team to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Comply with company policies and legal regulations in collections.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in credit and collections roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Expertise in collecting debts, generating reports, and maintaining accurate documentation. Proficient in transaction risk control and risk assessment.
- Working Conditions: Office-based environment with potential for remote work.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, excellent communication, and negotiation abilities.
