Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our growing team and oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate will drive business growth, ensure service excellence, and foster a positive, client-focused culture.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and high-quality client service

- Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of professionals

- Implement and optimize business processes in line with company values

- Manage client relationships and ensure client satisfaction

- Drive growth initiatives and support business development activities

- Ensure compliance with local business regulations and best practices

- Collaborate with partners and stakeholders to expand service offerings

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field (Master’s preferred)

- Proven experience in a management or leadership role, ideally within consulting or professional services

- Strong understanding of Philippine business regulations and compliance matters (experience with foreign clients is a plus)

- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

- Client-centric mindset with a passion for delivering value-added services

- Ability to work on-site in Makati City
