The Transitions Manager is responsible for overseeing the transition processes within the organization.

  • Manage transition projects from initiation to completion.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Develop and implement transition plans.
  • Monitor and report on project progress.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
  • At least 3 years of managerial experience in transition/migration processes in the BPO
  • Must have a thorough knowledge on transition processes and tools
  • Organize, coordinate and manage all transition-related activities of the company
  • Liaise across different departments with regard to the company’s transition activities and needs
  • Deliver all transition management programs in line with an efficient and effective scheme suitable to the needs of the project


Work Location: Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City | RTO
