Job Summary: The Graphic Artist is responsible for creating visually appealing and on-brand graphics, illustrations, and designs that enhance the overall aesthetic and communication of the brand. This role collaborates closely with the Creative, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, and E-Commerce teams to develop captivating visual content that resonates with the target audience and aligns with the company's brand identity. This position is a shared resource across multiple teams, ensuring a cohesive visual experience across physical stores, digital platforms, and marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and CorelDRAW, have experience in Figma, and be able to navigate Klaviyo for email marketing.

What You Will Do

  • Graphic Design & Branding
  • Create original graphics and visual assets for various marketing materials, including advertisements, social media content, email campaigns, website banners, promotional materials, packaging, and in-store collaterals.
  • Develop unique illustrations and artwork that reflect the brand’s style and values, ensuring they engage and resonate with the target audience.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of brand identity and style guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual materials.
  • Visual Merchandising
  • Design graphics for in-store displays, signage, and window visuals that enhance the retail experience.
  • Develop 3D renderings and layouts for store fixtures and POP materials using SketchUp.
  • Ensure all retail visual elements align with marketing campaigns and brand aesthetics.
  • E-Commerce & Digital Content
  • Design engaging website banners, product images, and promotional graphics for online platforms.
  • Create UX/UI elements and layouts using Figma to enhance the online shopping experience.
  • Adapt designs for multiple platforms and formats while maintaining brand integrity.
  • Email Marketing & Digital Ads
  • Develop visually appealing email campaigns using Klaviyo, ensuring mobile-friendly designs and high engagement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and create storytelling visuals for digital advertising.
  • Collaboration & Trend Awareness
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Design, Merchandising, Photography) to brainstorm and execute creative concepts that effectively communicate marketing messages.
  • Stay updated with current design trends, fashion industry developments, and emerging creative techniques to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the design process.
  • Layout, Composition & Software Proficiency
  • Design layouts that balance typography, imagery, and negative space for visually pleasing and impactful designs.
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, CorelDRAW, and Figma to create high-quality visual assets.
  • Actively participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve work quality.
  • Project & Deadline Management
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all design deliverables meet established deadlines.
  • Adapt and modify existing designs for different platforms and formats while maintaining brand consistency

Minimum Qualifications

What we are looking:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Artist or similar role, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including graphics, illustrations, and layout designs.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp and Corel Draw
  • Experience in Figma and basic understanding of Klaviyo
  • Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to translate concepts into compelling visuals.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of fashion industry trends and terminology is a plus.
  • This is a work-on-site (work at the office)
