Qualifications

• Graduate of Marketing, Multimedia Arts, Advertising, or related course
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Strong sense of design, layout, and brand consistency
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Key Responsibilities

1. Visual Merchandising

• Develop and update planograms for:
• TLC/Mailer Feature
• Crates & Barrels
• New Items
• Regular Shelves and Selling Area
• Chiller Display
• Christmas Display
• Other Marketing Programs or Tactical Campaigns
• Design and produce visual materials such as:
• Monthly Specials and Hero Brand Tarpaulins
• Blow-Ups and Mock-Up Illustrations

2. Creative Design and Layouts

• Conceptualize and design marketing collaterals including:
• Christmas Cards for Hampers
• Point-of-Sale (POS) Materials – Update existing or develop new designs
• Digital Assets for Facebook (TLC/Mailer Animation, Monthly Specials, Brand Feature, Promo Offers, & GWPs, Christmas Hampers, etc.)
• Support visibility and merchandising improvement initiatives

3. Digital Media Support

• Assist in managing Facebook page and updating of QR Website
• Schedule contents on Facebook with approved captions (Store openings, brand features, and marketing promotions)

4. Administrative Support

• Review and proofread layouts for accuracy and print readiness
• Manage coordination with other departments, external vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely execution and delivery of marketing materials
• Maintain and organize marketing files, including product photos, for easy access and reference

5. Special Projects

• Provide creative and coordination support for:
• Leroi & Mcqueen Bistro – visual designs and marketing materials
• Company Events – creative layouts and coordination
