岗位：海外运营实习生


1.为市场客户和激活团队提供基于数据的洞察力，并为整个部门建立报告和分析能力。

2.分析业务绩效趋势，定期完成市场调研，转化复杂数据，创建和维护数据模型、报告和看板。

3.协助对接海外用户，沟通活动细节并且反馈和推动用户所遇到的问题

4.协助海外运营团队提高用户转化率、开拓全球市场



Requisito


1.有Web3相关工作经验或对Web3领域有强烈兴趣者优先；具备良好的英语口语和书写能力；

2.做事细心、表达能力、倾听能力及主动学习能力强，适应互联网公司高节奏、高压力的工作环境；

3.有数据分析和数据驱动能力，有用户运营相关经验者优先；

4.一周至少出勤5天，实习期不低于3个月，能尽快到岗；

5.熟练使用Excel、PBI、Office、Figma等工具，具备较强的数据分析思维能力。
