Position: Senior Hair Stylist

• Help clients choose the most suitable haircut and hairstyle based on their preferences and facial features

• Perform professional haircutting techniques including trims, layers, and texturizing

• Execute hair coloring services such as highlights, ombre, and balayage

• Style hair in various looks including blowouts, curls, braids, ponytails, and updos

• Upsell salon products and services effectively to clients

• Build strong and lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty

• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure clients feel comfortable during sessions

• Provide personalized hair consultations to tailor services to each client’s needs

• Give expert advice on hair care, products, and tools

• Follow all salon policies, protocols, and safety standards

• Be flexible and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• 3- 5 years of experience
