Descrição:
- Ensure compliance with local and national health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct regular risk assessments, site inspections, and audits to identify potential hazards.
- Develop, implement, and regularly update EHS policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Provide training, orientation, and support to employees on health and safety best practices.
- Lead incident and accident investigations, and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records, logs, permits, and reports as required by law and company policy.
- Promote a strong culture of health, safety, and environmental awareness across all departments.
- Coordinate and lead the Emergency Response Team (ERT) including drills and preparedness programs.
- Design and conduct health and wellness programs and related trainings for employees.
- Serve as the point of contact for external regulatory agencies and inspections.
Requisito
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Nursing, or related field.
- Licensed nurse applicants are welcome, provided they are knowledgeable in administering first aid and emergency response.
- Certification in Occupational Safety and Health (e.g., BOSH, COSH) is a strong advantage.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA, DOLE regulations, and relevant safety and environmental laws.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, organize trainings, and respond effectively in emergencies.
