• Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and provide an excellent first impression.
• Manage table reservations, waiting lists, and guest seating arrangements efficiently.
• Assist guests with menu guidance, special requests, and general inquiries.
• Communicate closely with servers, bar, and kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow.
• Handle guest complaints or feedback professionally and proactively.
• Provide information about promotions, special menus, or events happening at the restaurant.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception/host area.
• Support the service team during peak hours as needed.
• Record guest preferences and VIP notes to personalize future visits.

Syarat pekerjaan

• Friendly, well-groomed, and confident in communicating with guests.
• Experience as Hostess/GRO in restaurants, cafés, hotels, or hospitality is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills (Bahasa Indonesia & basic English).
• Positive attitude, energetic, and service-minded.
• Able to handle busy situations and multitask effectively.
• Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
