Descrição:
- Welcome and greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
- Provide menus and inform guests of daily specials.
- Ensure the dining area is clean and organized.
- Assist servers and staff as needed.
- Handle guest inquiries and feedback professionally.
- Greet guests, manage reservations, and maintain a welcoming environment.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced restaurant setting, requiring standing for extended periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, approachable, and able to handle stressful situations gracefully.
