Descrição:

  • Greet guests and handle check-ins/check-outs.
  • Manage reservations and respond to guest inquiries.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate with hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Provide info on Baguio attractions and hotel services.
  • Keep the front desk organized and professional.

Requisito

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field (preferred).
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience (hospitality a plus).
  • Proficient in hotel systems and MS Office.
  • Fluent in English and Filipino.
  • Flexible to work shifts, including weekends/holidays.
  • Knowledge of Baguio attractions is a plus.
