- Greet and check in guests with a warm, welcoming demeanor.
- Manage reservations and handle billing processes accurately.
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services.
- Resolve issues and complaints efficiently to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in services and customer relationship management, strong communication skills in English.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced hotel environment, flexible hours including nights and weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent interpersonal skills, friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving abilities.
