- Greet and check-in guests upon arrival.
- Manage reservations and allocate rooms.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the hotel and local attractions.
- Assist in resolving guest issues and complaints professionally
- Ensure a welcoming and efficient front desk operation.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Hospitality or related field.
- Experience Level: Fresh graduates or students are welcome to apply.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills; proficiency in Customer Relationship Management.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced hotel environment, shift work may be required.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, organized, reliable, and able to multitask effectively.
