- Enhance guest experience and resolve any issues promptly

Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in hotel management or a related role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English, Customer Relationship Management, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, may require evening and weekend work.
- Qualities and Traits: Leadership, problem-solving, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset.
