Descrição:
- Answering and Directing Calls: Answer incoming calls promptly and politely, identifying the hotel and yourself, and directing calls to the appropriate department, guest room, or staff member.
- Message Handling: Accurately take and deliver messages for guests and staff, ensuring they are received promptly.
- Wake-up Calls: Log wake-up call requests and ensure they are delivered on time.
- Hotel Information: Provide information about hotel services, facilities, amenities, and local attractions to guests.
- Paging: Provide paging services for guests and employees,
- Switchboard Operation: Understand and operate the telephone switchboard or PBX system.
- Emergency Procedures: Follow established procedures for handling emergency calls and situations.
- System Monitoring: Monitor alarm systems and telephone equipment when maintenance is closed,
Requisito
- Preferably with working experience in costumer service.
- College Graduate with related courses.
