- Assigning tasks and responsibilities to housekeeping staff.
- Monitoring staff performance.
- Training new employees on cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
- Addressing employees concerns and resolving conflicts.
- Conducting regular inspections to verify adherence to cleanliness standards.
- Managing inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and placing orders as needed.
- Responding to guest complaints and requests related to housekeeping.
- Resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- College Graduate / College Level
- With at least one (1) year work experience as housekeeping Supervisor.
- Good communication skills, both oral and written.
- Computer Literate
- Willing to assigned at MAKATI AREA
